Writing a complaint letter

Dear Miss Copto

Often I receive bad service from the secretaries in service esc.

Time back I wanted to apply for PRONABES scholarship and they didn´t give good information.

I would like that the secretaries take on become better informed rather than to give to students instead of gossip.
